Order Guide

Please review the details of the trade conditions to ensure all are correct.

Samples

A. Sample payment: Western Union or PayPal.
B. Sample shipping: International express delivery, such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.
C. Sample delivery: Within one week after receiving payment.
D. The sample fee can be refunded from the formal order.

Quotations

Usually, the quotation is based on Shenzhen EXW or FCA Hong Kong. Please contact us freely if you need other terms.

OEM/ODM Support

We welcome any OEM/ODM orders, we provide durable, elaborate and rigorously tested products to meet your specific OEM/ODM needs.

Delivery Time

After the order is confirmed, the delivery time will be confirmed and it depends on the availability of raw materials and production requirements.

Shipment

With rich experience in export business, we have a variety of options for you to choose from: ocean shipping, air transportation and international express delivery (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.).

Payments

Payment Terms: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Western Union and PayPal.
A: The following types of orders require full payment when placing an order: sample orders, expedited orders, fast shipment orders, remaining orders, and any orders with a total amount of less than $ 5,000.
B. For any other orders over $ 5,000, a 30% deposit should be paid when placing the order, and the balance should be paid before shipping (unless the terms have been previously determined).

Warranty

12-18 months, depending on the product. To obtain warranty replacement, please return the prepaid product freight to us during the warranty period.

Shipping Terms

We provide the following shipping terms for our customers:

FOB Shenzhen or Hong Kong

If you have freight forwarders in Shenzhen or Hong Kong, you can choose the following terms. Since our factory is located in Shenzhen, we recommend that customers choose FOB Shenzhen terms. If you need FOB HK terms, the fee will be slightly higher. Please contact our sales staff for details.

EXW Shenzhen

If you have a freight forwarder in Shenzhen, and the freight forwarder can pick up the goods in our factory, you can choose the following terms. If the freight forwarder cannot pick up the goods in our factory, and you need the EXW Shenzhen terms, you can pay us the delivery cost from the factory to the freight forwarder warehouse, and then we can ship the goods to the freight forwarder warehouse.

CIF Destination

If you do not want to be bothered by shipping issues, we can also offer you with CIF terms. You only need to place an order with us, and then we will handle everything from production to delivery. When the order quantity is not big, we recommend that you choose these terms.

Customs

For international shipping, the recipient should bear all customs fees in their country. Due to different customs policies in different countries, in order to comply with the laws and regulations of your country, we recommend that you contact the local customs for more information about customs fees.
